fantastic capture. i just love the way that so much of the context is removed here, and without the title, i dunno if i would’ve figured out what it is here. i am very fond of the way the rivets and seams show use, so there is an underlying story i am looking at and trying to interpret.
this seems to have a bit of a cyan-ish cast on my laptop display. not blue like cyanotype, but kinda. i mean, sorta but not really. or kinda but kinda not. and i like that too, it takes away any sense of emotion or feeling to me. kind of makes it very stark, or desolate.
it intrigues me that a simple (perceived?) color shift can communicate all that.

Very cool. I like the way the blurs/ smears run perpendicular to the main diagonal line of the wing.
